"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then [Jesus] said to his disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.'" ~ Matthew 9:36-37
Student Ministries here at CTK Snohomish would not exist without dedicated men and women who serve the students of Snohomish County. If you feel like God has placed in your heart a burden for kids there are several ways you can be involved with the work at CTK.

5:1 Ratio
--------------
The 5:1 Ratio is the idea of taking 5 loving and caring adults and surrounding 1 student. The beauty of this is that it isn't a huge time commitment! Can you take a few minutes out of your day once or twice a week to ask a student how their day is and maybe once in a while take them out for coffee? Think about the kind of impact that could have, knowing that there are 4 other adults doing the same thing for that same student!
Our desire is that we have every student covered with 5 adults who are willing to take just a few minutes a week to let them know that they are cared for, prayed for, and have people surrounding them that want to see them succeed.
If you're ready to jump into the 5:1 ratio (and why wouldn't you be!?) email Pastor Mike to take the next step. Or just start with a student you know :)

Student Ministries Staff Member
-----------------------------------------------
These are our front line workers who commit to a full year of being a head cheerleader of a group of students. These staff members lead a Fusion Group, attend a student’s events, and faithfully pray for the teens under their care.

Drivers
-----------
We are always looking for adults with clean driving records to help transport teens on events and trips. A CDL license is preferred, but not required.
